XX/XX/XXXX - called to close CD upon maturity They said I would have to go into branch. There is no branch in my state. They said a recovery team would call me in 1 to 2 business days. 5 business days later on XX/XX/XXXX I called them again. They said the exact same thing. Now it has been 10 days and I called them today and they say the exact same thing. I filed a complaint with the bank " XXXX '' I let them know I needed my funds. It has taken an hour or more of my time each time I call. They are keeping my money against my will. Thank you and please help. XXXX XXXX XXXX
