On XX/XX/2023 there was 12 unauthorized transfers in to my account, 5 un authorized transfers out of my account. I called NFCU ( Navy Federal Credit Union ) once there was an alert sent to my phone XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2023 to notify me of the activity I called NFCU to notify them that I did not authorize or approve of the transactions done to my account, my accounts were hacked and I my account and debit card was accessed. There was a 9 day investigation, no credit issued, the funds were overdraft to my account after the 9th day.
