I had a crown put on my wisdom tooth and when the crown was placed it had a hole in it. They were supposed to schedule me to come back and replaced the crown which they never did. Also, they did not tell me that I owed that amount until I was questioning them about the fee that they was charging me concerning another procedure. XXXX the office manager became very rude to me because she was charging me a higher fee than what she was charging my insurance company. Which she waited to provide the information to the insurance company and that is when I was told about the fee that I owed.
