I had a mortgage with Nationstar at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Ohio XXXX and filed a XXXX XXXX bankruptcy they are reporting that my account was 90 days late but that was due to bankruptcy under their protection when setting up the payment plan thru court and was not truly late and it is hurting my credit. I should not be punished when I was under court protection and they are the ones that took so long to distribute the payments. I paid on time myself. Please remove these inappropriate reported late payments
