Equifax lies about account verification. Their support individuals on the phone admitted they have no proof that an account should be on my credit report. All they do is get an electronic feed that has my name and social number from a company, but no documentation of proof - no signed documents, no photo validation, no correct phone or email address, and no legal agreements. So this account is due to fraud, I have proved that, and Equifax has no information that shows otherwise, yet they continue to leave this fraudulent account on my report, a direct violation of FCRA. Equifax needs to remove the XXXX account from my credit report. I have contact both the issuing bank Deserve, and the named website company XXXX. They admit that this account isn't mine with the incorrect name, email, address, and phone number. They said they are receiving no verification request from Equifax. This is a clear violation of FCRA.
