On XX/XX/2023, Stellantis Financial Services XXXX received a negotiable instrument in the form of a cashier 's check in the amount of {$80000.00} from XXXX XXXX, with the stated purpose of settling and discharging the associated account. Stellantis Financial Services credited the account with the aforementioned negotiable instrument, resulting in the closure of the account for a period of XXXX days. However, on the fourth day, XX/XX/2023, the account was inexplicably reopened, and the negotiable instrument was subsequently reversed, as per Stellantis Financial Services XXXX. This reversal indicated a failure to honor the negotiable instrument, effectively reinstating a fictitious loan amount, as per the provisions of UCC 3-604 ( Notice of Dishonor ) ( b ).
