A payment of {$110.00} was made on XX/XX/2023 to seventh avenue credit. We called the next day to see if it went through. Seventh avenue said it had not so we made a payment of {$110.00} on XX/XX/2023. Both payments were deducted from our bank account on XX/XX/2023. Seventh avenue wanted proof so we went to the bank and got a printout from the bank stating when the payments were taken out and the transaction numbers. We mailed this to seventh avenue. After waiting a month we called them again. First they said they never received the information then said they wanted a copy of our whole bank statement. We are very uneasy giving any credit card company our entire bank statement. They have a statement from our bank showing those payments to them.
