I have tried to obtain my free annual credit report from the company. After completing all the steps that were required in order to obtain the report. it stated they were unable to provide me with one and that I would need to call each bureau. I have called each credit reporting bureau and requested the credit report. Each bureau stated they would be mailing out the credit report. After waiting over 30 days I have yet to receive the credit report.
