On XX/XX/, I submitted a Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) complaint ( CFBP Complaint # XXXX ) via the CFPB XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX incorrect Address Records that LexisNexis is XXXX on my LexisNexis Accurint Report. On XX/XX/, LexisNexis responded to XXXX XXXXmplaint # XXXX with an attached letter titled XXXX XXXX ( XXXX KB ). LexisNexis ' response to my complaint is insufficient. LexisNexis response states : Please note that employment, phone, address, drivers license, and property records listed on his Accurint report can not be removed from his report. Instead of correcting the incorrect information, LexisNexis attempted to claim that LexisNexis is NOT a Consumer Reporting Agency and that my LexisNexis Accurint Report is not governed by the FCRA.
