Took out a loan to attend XXXX driving school through my local community college.. Well they ended up not providing my training and instead they sub contracted me out to XXXX truck driving an unaccredited for profit training company that has since gone out of business.. I wrecked my truck and had a XXXX child that is now on XXXX and it has been very hard.. We ended up filing for bankruptcy and included these loans which there was 2 from XXXX XXXX The loans are listed on my Creditor list and all were discharged.. They continue to try and collect and have resold the loans several XXXXimes.. Every time i dispute them they pretend they are qualifying student loans that have protections and should not be dischargable.. These loans are dischargable and i can not get help from anybody even after showing them the list of creditors included these loans and explaining they were not actually qualified educational loans that should be protected from bankruptcy discharge.. Recently one of them was sold to XXXX XXXX and has destroyed my credit yet again.. Please help me..
