Charges totaling over {$3000.00} were made by a minor without authorization. We received no notification from the bank although this was not representative of our spending habits. We called the bank and were turned away. We were told there is nothing they can do and we must reach out to the vendor to resolve. The other option they gave us was to prosecute our child.
