Hello ; to whom it may concern, I recently sent out letters to the three major credit bureaus asking them to investigate my credit report to ensure everything is accurate and verified. I even went a step above and circled everything that was inaccurate on my credit reports before sending them out. After getting a reply from the bureaus saying that everything is accurate, verified and or updated, I noticed that there are still inaccuracies within my reports. I am a soon to be father looking to buy a home for my family and I absolutely need to have accurate credit reports to ensure my success in doing so. Also, all of my documents will be mailed out from the investigation. In accordance with the fair credit reporting act or the FCRA, the accounts XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A states I have the right to privacy. It also states that the banking system ( credit bureaus ) is dependent upon fair and accurate credit reporting. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 604 A section 2 ; states a consumer reporting agency cant furnish an account without my written consent.
