I have requested that FactorTrust provide me with a credit report and to freeze my report with their company. This request was sent on XX/XX/2023. On XX/XX/2023 I received a letter from the company stating that they found no record of a consumer matching my social security number and could not provide a report or freeze my information. I called their customer service number that day and was told to resubmit my information requesting that an account be created and frozen. A second letter was sent on XX/XX/2023 again requesting my credit report and that it be frozen. I sent requested documentation of SS #, Driver 's License # and a current utility bill. On XX/XX/2023 I received a letter from FactorTrust saying once again they had no record on file for me, and did not create an account or freeze as I had requested and been directed to do by their own customer service representative. I am sending a third letter today, XX/XX/2023 trying to request this a third time. Under the FCRA am I not entitled to have this been done? I am at a loss as to what else to do.
