In XXXX I had an XXXX XXXX XXXX file my taxes, while filing for my taxes me or the preparer didn't notice that my W2 had the incorrect Social security number for me. After filing my taxes I had received my federal and state taxes that year. But as of XXXX I had noticed my incorrect Social Security Numbers were incorrect for XXXX & XXXX W2 forms. Not until my boss had not mentioned that I was laid off and I was filing for unemployment I had made her correct my W2 form social security number to the correct #. I don't know if she reported the changes but I do not have a correct W2 form with correct Social security number for XXXX. My identity has been stolen from XXXX and I had to file for an extension for XXXX due to the fax my new tax preparer had mention that someone who wasn't me had filed for my taxes without my consent.
