There is a Bankruptcy reported inaccurately on my Transunion and XXXX account. Both XXXX and Transunion claimed that the information was verified with XXXX XXXX. However, I've suppressed my XXXX XXXX ( and have the confirmation letter below ) months before requesting the removal of the bankruptcy and they ( XXXX, Transunion ) managed to still get information from XXXX XXXX. This in violation with FCRA regulations and I'm requesting the Bankruptcy reported on my XXXX and Transunion account be removed.
