1. The mortgage company change the address to its payment processing center or partner. Without notifying myself, 2. they claim to have sent out paper notice as well as emails. That did not happen. I checked my history. They have no proof that they did that. 3. I only became aware of the situation with my bank, said that the mortgage company refused to accept the payment that I sent to them on time as that done for the previous three years. 4.
