Spoke to agent and immediately requested to revoke my ach and pay off loan XX/XX/2023 approximately XXXXXXXX XXXX Az time. Spoke to an agent from cash advance now at XXXXXXXX XXXX Az approximate XX/XX/2023. Requested financial hardship assistance due to XXXX. Advised could not assist. Asked Agent what would be my pay off for XX/XX/2023, advised me {$660.00}. Advised I would try to get the funds to pay off loan. Called today XX/XX/2023 was advised due to a pending. ACH for XX/XX/2023 unable to pay off loan and revoke ach ( after agent took my debit card details ). Asked to speak to a supervisor. Supervisor advised me I needed to call atleast 2-3 days before ACH withdrawal to revoke authorization. Advised Supervisor unfair practices for Cash Advance Now. Was also advised I could only do a pay off for XX/XX/2023 via ACH and not debit card ( more daily interest ) the due date and the pay off would be {$690.00}. XXXX advised the modification to my ach would send a email that would state needs to revoke authorization for ach atleast 2-3 days before withdrawal. Email does NOT state this. Copied directly from the email You agreed that this Automatic Payment Authorization Change Notice will remain valid and in effect until your loan, including principal, finance charges and other charges, is paid in full. However, you may revoke this authorization at any time by contacting your bank, by calling Cash Advance Nows customer service line at XXXX, or by e-mailing us at XXXX. XXXX lender. Beware!
