These Accounts have violated my rights According to FCRA ; XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX : account # XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX : account # XXXX. According to the IRS, canceled debt ( CHARGEOFF ) is defined as gross or ordinary income. Income does not get reported to your consumer report. 15 U.S.C. Sec. 1681e ( b ) for a consumer reporting agency ( CRA ) to " assure maximun POSSIBLE ACCURACY " in it's credit reports, and ( 2 ) in 15 U.S.C. Sec 1681i ( a ) for a CRA to " conduct a reasonable reinvestigation to determine whether [ information disputed by the consumer ] is accurate. '' Spokeo v. Robins, 2016 WL 2842447, 578 U S.- ( May 16, 2016 ). Also according to 15 U.S.C. 1681a ( 2 ) Exclusions-Except as provided in paragraph ( 3 ), the term " consumer report " does not include- ( A ) subject to section 1681s-3 of this title, any- ( i ) report containing information soley as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report ; I do recognize how these accounts are reporting on my credit reports.
