This is NOT a fraud complaint. Do NOT place a fraud alert in my credit file. I have challenged the reporting of a bankruptcy on my credit report 5 separate times on XX/XX/23, XX/XX/23, XX/XX/23, XX/XX/23, and XX/XX/23. ( A copy of the letter is attached ) I demanded every document they have in their physical possession on each of those dates. This demand was made pursuant to the FCRA 15 UCS Section 1681g. They were specifically asked not to merely state that is has been verified as this is not compliant with the law. This must be done in Metro 2 Format reporting. In the event they did not have any documentation in their physical possession as of the date of these demands, under the Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 1681 ( i ), ALL unveried accounts must be promptly deleted. Moreover, I disputed the validity of each of the bankruptcy, under Section 611 ( a ) ( 5 ) ( A ) ( i ) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. If they do not have any documentation in their les to verify the accuracy of these disputed accounts, they are required to delete them immediately. Failing to do so is damaging my creditworthiness and reputation. I demand the bankruptcy be properly verified with physical documentation and in Metro 2 Format reporting ( and not just verified through a 3rd party ) or it MUST be removed immediately. Equifax data furnisher is XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX sent a letter stating that there is NO verifiable Bankruptcy on it's data file and removed. They also initiated several disputes trying to communicate to Equifax, yet Equifax failed to respond to any of them their dispute request. The letter clearly states as such and it indicates that Equifax is literally ignoring the information forwarded by it's only data furnisher. Equifax uses NO other data furnisher, and it clearly states that on their report.
