Applied for a line of credit with Headway Capital late XXXX, provided bank records they needed. Once we were approved for a XXXX loan they called to make the transaction over the phone. Terms we discusssed on the recording were different that what was online when we repaid within 30 days. They agreed to waive the 2 % draw fee. Have asked the President XXXX XXXX who ran the call and provided the loan to provide the voice recording on the day where we discussed the terms. That was 3 weeks ago and they have still not resolved the difference in fees than what was presented on the call vs. the contract online. I'm tired of hearing someone will reach out to you when no one does.
