TransUnion has been falsely reporting a XXXX XXXX bankruptcy, case # XXXX since early XXXX. I have made dozens of requests to have this item removed, and they continue to refuse to remove it. I have provided not only the XXXX letter showing it has been removed, I have also provided court documents showing the same thing. TransUnion believes they are above the law. I have filed numerous complaints with CFPB, and the Federal Trade Commission. Currently I have started the process of filing a small claims order to be served upon them mid to late next week. My hope is that I am able to finally get them to use common sense and have this item removed immediately.
