I have disputed an account reporting on my Experian credit report over the past several months which I have included some of those letters as an attachment. Interestingly enough, Experian has reported that the information that was disputed came back accurate. Well, a notation was never recorded on my credit report that the account was disputed even after I brought this matter to Experian 's attention. The notation is an important part of the dispute resolution process and is designed to provide transparency and inform anyone who reviews the credit report that there is an ongoing dispute regarding the accuracy of the reported information. XXXX XXXX has also just recently responded back to my latest dispute confirming that they have received " seven '' of my disputes over the past 120 days, disputing the accuracy of the account. Strangely enough, my Experian credit report does not indicate that the account was disputed. I am attaching a copy of some of my previous dispute letters sent to Experian, a copy of Experian response stating the account was verified, a copy of XXXX XXXX letter stating that they received " seven '' of my past disputes over the past 120 days, and a copy of my Experian credit report showing where my account was never noted to indicate the account was being disputed.
