CFPB complaint XXXX u asked for my sensitive personal id. I hope u treat the fraudulent corporation with said invasive sensitive proof demanded of me the victim of their financial crimes!. U sent me a link in an email to upload my ss card my Gov is and a bill. Then u wanted me to tell u my address for 2 yrs my dob and ss number. I did that multiple times for an hour. Your site is BROKEN and wont let me upload docs. Im complying with your request here. I have lived here for 24 years and the other info is on the documents u demanded from me or else u wont consider my complaint. Unfair. Make the XXXX prove they paid ins from XX/XX/XXXXXXXX to XXXX. Make the XXXX prove they delivered 2 legally required completed cancel docs at execution with proper dates and address of property. Neither can be proved without their fraud. The address is wrong and includes the house across the street! Dates wrong. 2 legally compliant cancel docs are required to be delivered to borrower and they still have not done so!!! It never happened. XXXX removed the loan completely as should you. You have willingly and intentionally ignored my proof of escrow cancelation, multiple times, my proof of ins payment, my proof of their written promises to cancel this loan and remove from credit bureaus. U ignore my evidence intentionally and recklessly and to my harm. I have been forced to sue for inaccurate credit reporting. U dont care. U ALWAYS side with little to no evidence from the corporations here. That system is unfair and broken. There is overwhelming proof the debt was paid and u ignore me and side with a corporate non of the head absent ANY proof. Thats just wrong and harmful. All money was returned to alameda per loan terms in check XXXX less damages to me. Thousands of dollars more than I got in loan proceeds were missused to make up payments for the canceled loan. XXXX has removed the loan. XXXX XXXX has no record of the loan. But u dont care. U only side with a comment from a corporate employee and continue to cause me sever emotional distress intentionally or and negligently. Prove the ins was paid. Prove the lender delivered 2 cancel docs required by law EVER!!! I still have three days to cancel and I did and u know it and just disregard my rights and interest recklessly and cruelly. U are cruel.
