I have continuously and tirelessly tried to get my credit report from Equifax. According to the agent today XXXX my address and phone number is correct on my file but upon trying to gain access to my report Equifax System still informs me that the information I enter into their system is incorrect which declines XXXX and XXXX or fico 3 bureau reports from being obtained and i have a subscription for XXXX with XXXX. I spoke with a representative and was informed today the reason for my data not being updated is because i have not furnished my Driver Lic. and my social security card. So eventhough creditors are updating my information its not being updated. Not one time in my entire life had i had to send a bureau my personal credentials of a social security number or Drivers license to update my address on my report. Yet nothing is being updated but they are quick to update negative accounts but not the positive accounts. This seems sketchy and i have already been a victim of identity theft and this will not be another case of what i just went through. I have login credentials to Equifax, XXXX, and XXXX. This is insane, but if you asked an agent when was my fraud alert lifted, they would say this week. Make it make sense. Today, Equifax needs to update my report. I'm not understanding how i can login and make changes on my report but have to send in and ID and SS for updates to happen on my report. Make it make sense. I have uploaded the documents needed to prove i am me to cfpb but sending my social security number to a non governmental agency is not acceptable for me.
