Westlake portfolio management contacted me in regard to a paid off debt for us auto sales. I have request multiple times through recorded lines to have a debt validation letter and original contract with wet signature sent to me for verification. This company states I owe them for a bill that was paid in full. I have never signed nor agreed to do any business with this company. The company has been unable to provide me with any physical evidence of any contracts or documents. The company Westlake portfolio has called me from over five different phone numbers ever single day to the point of harassment. West lake portfolio states I have an auto loan with their company that shows up on my credit report but the company can not provide any documentation or records of the loan.
