Around XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX someone scammed my bank account with Huntington bank and now Im receiving letters and phone calls from them that Im responsible! The scammer got me for almost XXXX! Someone called in to Huntington bank pretending to be me and did 12 chargebacks on transactions that I had done and Huntington bank allowed it! They didnt call me to check or ask me if I authorized the chargebacks! Now their trying to blame me and I had nothing to do with it! I even filed a police report ( which Huntington asked me to do but it didnt help ) and the officer couldnt find anything! XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and Huntington bank believes the scammer! They never investigated it and just left me responsible!
