In XXXX of XXXX, I needed a prepaid card like like a XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX. I found American Express Serve card at XXXX. I was going to pay for the card and load money with my debit card but I was told I would have to pay with cash. I had to go to a ATM to pull them {$500.00} out and load it to the card. Once I purchased the card and loaded it with XXXX. I went to register the card and it didn't work. As I write this on XX/XX/XXXX, I've called and wrote letters. I still haven't heard from Serve on this issue. I have a card with {$500.00} that can't even be activate and says I have the wrong card information. I need help asap.
