TRANSUNION is obligated by the FCRA to report accurate information as it relates to consumer reporting. Please be advised that the inquiries from XXXX and XXXX XXXX are being reported are FRAUD. This is identity theft, as I did not give said companies written authorization to add any inquiries to my credit report. TRANSUNION has 4 days to remove the inquiries pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1681c2 -Block of information resulting from identity theft In addition, this is a violation of 15 U.S. Code 1681b - Permissible purposes of consumer reports. I am requesting that TRANSUNION provide the documentation used to determine that the inquiries were indeed authorized by XXXX XXXX, the consumer. TRANSUNION will need to provide me with the person to whom they spoke, the documentation used, and signed authorization with my wet ink signature. If TRANSUNION does not have the documentation to show these inquiries were in fact authorized, it must be removed ASAP. The inquiries reported are adverse and derogatory in fact and in principle, and their reporting is in violation of 15 U.S. Code 1681c - Requirements relating to information contained in consumer.
