Consumer Narrative

I have XXXX mortgages XXXX of these mortgages are for rental homes XXXX is for my personal residence. On or about XX/XX/2023 I received a letter that XXXX of these mortgages would be transferred. These transfers were initiated by the mortgage companies themselves and I had no involvement in the transfer. XXXX of the mortgages were transferred from XXXX to XXXX. Another XXXX were transferred from XXXX to XXXX. These are mostly old mortgages that I have been paying on for the better part of a decade and have a long history of making payments on time. They are still the same mortgages they were not refinanced. Problem is that all the credit reporting agencies closed the accounts ( yes all XXXX of them ) and reported them as being new accounts. Typically this would not be a problem but withem doing XXXX at once it appears that my credit score took a rather large drop. It appears that this is in the range of XXXX to XXXX points. I did open a new credit card and do a balance transfer but I don't think this would drop my score this much. I believe its related to the closure of these accounts. I could see it dropping if I refinanced or didn't pay, however they seem to have dropped my score because of something the banks did. Doesn't seem right. Could you please look into this. Thank you
