My equifax account login shows the wrong information, it displays a completely different person with the same date of birth and similiar name. Equifax has since then srill showed a mix of the other persons credit report with mine. This has been an ongoing issue since XX/XX/XXXX, with two disputes to Include XXXX, and XXXX. I have attempted to resolve the issue first through contact with equifax customer support and further more by providing pertinent documentation to prove my identity. By around XX/XX/XXXX, core credit was registered and yet my equifax account information was further distorted when a customer service representative assured me that it would be resolved. It is now XX/XX/XXXX, I'm still waiting for my actual credit report to be mailed to me alongside the confirmation email that my situation is being escalated to the proper departments as the entire account has gone on to display the other person 's information except for my email, phone and login. Furthermore several days after my complaint, I have been barred from accessing the website through XXXX with a XXXX forbidden error which means that their server sees my request but denied authorization to login.
