I had a loan for new car XXXX XXXX XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX by XXXX month, when the pandemic arrived they extended the by XXXX month and my loan end on XX/XX/XXXX included the payment and interest every month, but the company refuse to release my title. I paid all interest of the loan with late payment because the company never help me to put one payment on the final loan, mess my credit without any consideration. After that, I fixed to continue to make my payments, Now the company take advantage from the COVID-19 to charge more interest of the interest that they took from the loan. I hope to find justice.
