I wrote a letter about false information on my credit report, and more than 45 days later, I still have not heard anything back. My complaint is being disregarded and that I am being victimized of. It is precisely stated in section 611 ( a ) that refusal to investigate these allegations within 30 days is cause for immediate removal of all those allegations from my credit report ; given that it has been more than 60 days, they should be promptly deleted. I demand that these accounts be terminated right away, or else I will pursue you for the anguish you put upon my life.
