This communication is in reference to my LexisNexis Consumer Disclosure Report dated XX/XX/2023, Consumer Number XXXX, Case Number XXXX. The items in dispute are the inaccurate Phone Records that LexisNexis is reporting on my LexisNexis Consumer Disclosure Report. This is my seventh notice to LexisNexis regarding the inaccurate Phone Records that is being reported on my LexisNexis Consumer Disclosure Report. This information is inaccurate because I have NEVER had the phone number that LexisNexis is reporting and I have NEVER been associated with the phone number that LexisNexis is reporting. Additionally, LexisNexis has previously reinvestigated these incorrect phone numbers and determined them to be UNVERIFIABLE. Since the incorrect phone numbers have been previously reinvestigated by LexisNexis and were determined to be UNVERIFIABLE, there is no need to initiate a reinvestigation. Based upon LexisNexis ' previous reinvestigation, I kindly request that this incorrect phone number be promptly and permanently removed from my LexisNexis Consumer Report.
