In XX/XX/XXXX I starting working with the XXXX XXXX XXXX for assistance with my mortgager. For several months my mortgage servicer XXXX gave me the run around. After months of finally getting them to work with me to get a loan modification for me to be approved for the funding from the XXXX XXXX they agreed after months of trying. They gave me a trial loan modification plan for 3 months with me paying {$3100.00} for XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I made all of the payments in XX/XX/XXXX the XXXX XXXX paid my mortgage company {$40000.00} on my behalf. With this being paid Selene Finance agreed to provide me a loan modification. It is now XX/XX/XXXX to date I do not have my final loan modification nor will any of XXXX represetatives accept my payments, I have been blocked from payiny my payments on line. I place calls every XXXX weeks to XXXX only to be told that they are not finihsed with my documents and I should make the trial payments. How can I make even the stated or trial payments if no one will accept my payments. Also I have XXXX different payment amounts. Before the trial loan modiciation my payments was {$2700.00}, the trial payments was {$3100.00} and now the mortgage statements on line the payments change in XXXX to {$2900.00} without any notice to me. Also they still have me owning over {$60000.00} after receiving the {$40000.00} from the XXXX XXXX that is still unapplied. I am a victum of predatory lending. I have contacted them on several occasions and they are still not honoring their part. Also I have asked who actually hold my mortgage the response is that it is a private lender and they can not give me the person and or company. They are continuning to wait until the interest rates escalate before granting me the final loan modification.
