And late XXXX and early XXXX my identity was stolen my accounts were cleaned out my cards were charged maxed out and fake payments were made to pay off the cards and then maxed out again within a week. When I first discovered in XXXX or XXXX of XXXX that my accounts have been compromised and that I was almost wiped out at that point I contacted the police and filled out the police reports and got a case number and in XXXX XXXX XXXX a fake company contacted me posing as XXXX XXXXXXXX offered to pay off all my credit cards and give me a loan unfortunately they were not XXXX XXXX they did pay off my credit cards with fake bank accounts none of which were from XXXX XXXXXXXX and each one had a different name on them only to charge them back all to the maximum amount within the weekend doubling my balance. At the time I felt the XXXX XXXX issue was not right something was funny about that so I kept all in contact information from from them I did not answer their calls I asked them to text me so that I have some proof that this was not right I didn't know that that my account will be double charge at the time they were offering to pay it off until it was too late. All the credit cards from that time and bank accounts were completely overcharged and whatever little money I had was gone. I contacted each company several times to notify with this and at no time did I have any of the cards or bank accounts reopened or issued. I filed report along with police reports with the FTC. I have disputed them with a credit report agencies and they respond by sending me a copy of this past year where none of the payments have been made which to them certified it's valid. Yet no other info is forth coming. I haven't made a payment on any of those accounts in 4 years only two accounts during that time were removed from my reports since they confirmed I reported it to them. I reported it to all of them It seems no matter what I do all the recommendations by filing police reports and phone number for the FTC it still remains a nightmare I can not get a loan I can not get any credit and prior to all of this I had a XXXXpoint credit score I own my home clear and free I own my vehicle there free and I not put those off just prior to the identity theft I would probably be homeless if not then I am XXXX XXXX XXXX and this nightmare has got to stop I need some help or relief from somebody and I don't know where to turn someone recommended contacting you so here I am I know that I have found a report here in the past with about my XXXX account I was very pleased mostly with the outcome or the results thereafter financed that don't reflect on some of these but they did make it right and I thank you for that I'm hoping by doing this that I can get some kind of relief because I don't think a credit card company should not respect the fact or acknowledge the fact that someone's identity was stolen and then to continue to act as though I haven't made a payment in over a year when it's been more than XXXX and for a credit bureau to accept that I continue to blemish my record I went from XXXX to XXXX and 3 months and I barely back up to XXXX and I have no credit I have not gotten anything I have no credit cards I pay my taxes I pay my homeowners insurance and I pay my necessities let 's get a credit card that doesn't happen and at the time my identity got stolen I had a XXXX XXXX XXXX dollars and XXXX months it was gone and I've been living on {$320.00} a month from my husband sent him up until this year I am now eligible for my social security thank God for that I don't know how I made it on that XXXX but I did most likely because I did I had the smart enough to pay off my house and car after my husband passed away. And lastly prior to all that's happening I paid my credit cards off every month in full. If a person had their identity stolen would it be fair to show their score prior to this event and effected score after so it is transparent to potential lenders. Just the bad score shows as if I woke up one day stop paying my bills for years! Nothing is fair about these reports
