INACCURATE DATES OF ACCOUNT OPEN DATES : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX WHICH IS INACCURATE. XXXX, XXXX STATED I HAVE A CHARGED OFF AMOUNT OF {$450.00}. THIS IS INACCURATE. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE BAN STATEMENTS THAT I HAVE PREVIOUSLY REQUESTED ALONG WITH SIGNED DOCUMENTS OF WITHDRAWLS AND OVERAGES ON THE ACCOUNT.
