I have reached out to MCM- MIDLAND CREDIT MANAGEMENT, advising this purchase/rental/lease was not made by me. I stated to rep XXXX XXXX that all the rental agreement was sent through XXXX to an unknown email address I do not own nor recognize. I also requested to stop the harassing phone calls to me and family members. There is not and shipping address where these rental goods were sent and no proof that any ID was taken to verify the identity. The representative stated he could not access the account because it has a restriction and refused to provide me with an address to mail out my dispute letter.
