Consumer Narrative
Paid {$300.00} towards my student loans on XX/XX/23. Received a confirmation email. Today I received another email claiming my payment was overdue. When I logged in, I found that they reversed my payment. I Received no communication about this reversal. They encourage you to use their chat, but after answering all the bot questions it then tells you that the chat is disabled. Can't get ahold of anyone on the phone despite spending hours on hold. They want an account number to use the email form, but I can find an account number anywhere.
