Back on XX/XX/2023, I applied for the government 's new income-based repayment plan, XXXX, and was almost immediately approved. Under the new XXXX XXXX, I would have a new, lower monthly repayment obligation. Nelnet still does not have updated information and is showing a much larger monthly repayment amount that does not reflect the approved XXXX XXXX estimate. It's been almost exactly a month. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone in their customer service department, and I need to start paying back this month!
