Have a LOC with WSFS Bank. They have filed foreclosure claiming " failure to make any payments in 2023 ''. I have a receipt of payment from them on XX/XX/2023, and they Snatched the XXXX payment along with the XXXX payment. I have the statements to prove it. Now XXXX has advised me to get payoff to current, which dismisses my case! The payoff includes their legal fees fighting this fraud case, and the Threat of {$1500.00} Fine and provides for Motion to Proceed for them! Their original foreclosure complaint states " no Payments Made in 2023 ''. They have rewritten the record to create one that shows this and have accomplished it by " Snatching Payments '' and " Re-Allocation '' in 2023!. I may have been low on payments as they kept rising, but I made them. This shows they created a new record to gain by foreclosing on my home. This shows what they did and how they did it, to foreclose on my home.hen they were paid internally to the WSFS LOC. This provides for multiple sources of documentation on transfers/payments to WSFS and the LOC. I'm XXXX, and on SS which hasn't been keeping up with the interest rates and inflation. I'm going to have to start transferring all of my SS to this and figure out how to get make more. I don't have the funds to defend against Predatory Banking Practices, Fraud, and Creating a new Record to enable Foreclosure. I believe this is a Civil Rights issue also with them violating my rights this way I'm not sure XXXX is up to or able to keep assisting with this case.. In which case, I have no protection against this bank 's actions. I can provide all documents including XXXX Bank Statements, WSFS Checking Account Statements, WSFS LOC Statements, and every other document they ever sent. Including : a WSFS Payment Receipt for XX/XX/2023, and " account Overdrawn Notices '' on XXXX XXXX after they seized money from my checking account. I'll need to speak with someone about them and personal info contained before sending them. I can't deal with this on my own and they have been evasive and blatantly lying to me every time I have called them. These are Unfair Banking Practices and outright fraud.
