The apartment complex that has sent my bill to collections has made a mistake by charging me for the entire month of XXXX. I moved out a few days into XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and gave a proper 20 days notice prior to that. XXXX is confirming that this was the timeline as well based on their invoice. The invoice that was emailed to me shows I put my notice in on XXXX XXXX and moved out XXXX XXXX Nowhere does this invoice show that I didn't put ample notice, nor did I stay the duration of the month of XXXX. Based upon XXXXXXXX XXXX own records they sent over to you I should not be charged the entire month. It looks like XXXX has made a mistake charging and sending this to collections. Please Note : I do want to state that my true date of notice of moving out was XX/XX/ which I have documented via email. My actual last day at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
