Let 's first start out & state that I'm the person of record. I give permission for the CFPB to pursue legal action against XXXX XXXX XXXX TRANSUNION LLC for not complying with federal regulations. This is my 2nd complaint for the same issue. XXXX XXXX CLAIMS THEY NEED AUTHORIZATION TO RELEASE MY INFORMATION OR THAT I'M NOT THE CUSTOMER OF RECORD. LET 'S GET THE RECORDS STRAIGHT. I AM THE CUSTOMER AND XXXX XXXX XXXX TRANSUNION ARE DAMAGING MY CREDIT. THE 1ST COMPLAINT # 'S WERE XXXX & XXXX & BOTH COMPANIES CLAIMED I'M NOT THEIR CUSTOMER... INTERESTING! HERE IS MY ORIGINAL COMPLAINT - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX A. ( USB ) is damaging my credit & reporting inaccurate information under the name XXXX XXXX with the account # XXXX. I have requested proof of a legal binding contract along with verification & validation of a legal debt. USB has provided nothing. USB has damaged my credit over the last 8 months and I'd like them to be held accountable for their negligence. I'm providing documentation proving my request & their lack of response. Additionally, all 3 credit reporting agencies have failed to investigate this matter. They have provided no proof of their investigation nor have they provided any legal proof of a binding contract with XXXX. I would the CRA 's to remove the account from their reports at once. Lastly, in my disputes I requested information which was never provided. Based on the Administrative procedures act they have defaulted by not responded within the required time frame. In so doing they have given up their right to report any information nor are the holders in due course. I need the following account removed from my credit report immediately.
