Citizens Bank according to the XXXX XXXX says i opened an account and overdraft but the time the account was opened and had those issues i wasn't living in that house i have no knowledge of that account and now i can't open a bank account and citizens let me open a bank account three months ago then closed it the account and tooky money i put down to open account and refuses to give me.any information even after i told them i never opened a account there
