As of XXXX XXXX XXXX, amounts owed have been satisfied. I am in receipt of Copy B from the IRS and this has yet to reflect on my credit file nor have I received any documentation from CAPITAL ONE. Spoke with Representative on XX/XX/XXXX, they advised they still since balance due. If account was charged off, should not be reporting currently on credit file as well. I have also been reached by the debt collector, XXXX XXXX XXXX on behalf of CAPITAL ONE, debt has been purchased already. Several instances of committing fraud! I have attached the Copy B receipt from the IRS which has been paid in full and no amount is owed.
