There was a purchase on XX/XX/23 for {$240.00} that was not mine. I notified Commenity bank by mail and I received a letter stating they were investigating. About a month later, I received a letter stating I was not responsible for the transaction and it would be removed. They charged me again for {$240.00} and only added one credit. The original {$240.00} is still on my credit card.
