On XX/XX/XXXX I froze and opted-out of LexisNexis consumer XXXX. Although I have taken these precautions, LexisNexis is still illegally furnishing my private personal information without my written consent. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX confirmed that LexisNexis provided them my private personal information to determine and calculate my monthly insurance rate. On XX/XX/XXXX I mailed in a handwritten request for LexisNexis to remove my driving record from my credit file pursuant to 18 US code 2721 ( a ) ( b ). This law states that My driver record is strictly prohibited for use in my credit report. On XX/XX/XXXX ( well after the legally mandated time frame ) lexis XXXX responded we have reviewed the information from our phone records, and determined that data being reported is accurate. LexisNexis is intentionally not acting in accordance with the law and this has caused me great financial harm.
