Consumer Narrative

I was given an electronic Vanilla Visa Gift Card for {$200.00} as a gift from work. I attempted to use it at XXXX. It wouldn't process it. I attempted to use it on XXXX, it wouldn't process it. I called XXXX and they stated that this was due to security reasons. I requested to speak with a supervisor, she stated they would tell me the same thing and that I should just keep trying to spend it at other places. This is an electronic gift card not a physical gift card, using it a physical location is prohibitive.
