On XX/XX/ I reached out to start negotiations to settle charge off, on XX/XX/ I received a response and was offered a payment plan I accepted. Took a couple days to set up and was imminently charged via my XXXX for the first installment of the payment of 3. I reached out to the person that was emailing me to get a copy of the documents signed for my records. On XX/XX/ I received and email saying I chose the wrong settlement however I was given 2 options, and they stated that I should of paid more attention to the documents as they dont have copies of what was signed. I dont feel this is the complete truth due to the fact that they wanted me to take a different amount, and dont want to honor the contract signed for 3 installments to settle chargeoff.
