We cancelled XXXX XXXX long ago and they were paid in full. After cancellatioin XXXX XXXX kept sending us erroneous bills. We disputed the charges when the bill was erroneusly charged at {$24.00} with XXXX XXXX because of repeated erroneous charges for late fees upon late fees and fees for eBill/ Auto Pay Opt Out. We were never late, we closed out service correctly and we were never offered eBill Auto pay Opt Out. After the XXXX investigation, they ruled in our favor. This information was provided to XXXX XXXX in documents and verbally. XXXX XXXX ignored the result and referred this to a collection agency Professional Credit Service who was also provided this information are now harrassing me, adding to the debt and are threatening me with credit destruction.
