This debt is becoming and more convoluted. I have been contacted by FOUR companies regarding this debt ( see attached ). I have never spoken to anyone regarding this debit until XX/XX/XXXX ( first time ever ). I did receive ONE email in XX/XX/XXXX, which went into SPAM and I didnt realize it until recently when I went to check after getting all these harassing calls. This debt is supposedly with XXXX D2 Management, XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX- this is RIDICULOUS! I shouldnt be contacted by all these companies at one time for a debt ( an almost 5 year-old debt from my understanding ). On my XXXX, it's listed that it opened in XXXX. Yet, XXXX said it was XXXX, which is it?????? Today is Discoverer 's Day and even today do I get calls ON A HOLIDAY!!!! The attached says this debt came from D2 Management - Ive never even heard of D2 Management OR ANY OF THESE people until XXXX XXXX! The abuse I get ( and my mother who is XXXX XXXX XXXX in the hospital ) is OUTRAGEOUS!! I asked your representative to please stop calling me and I was literally told : " THIS IS THE UNITED STATES - WE CAN DO WHAT WE WANT '' - I am not sure which company it was because different companies are calling regarding for this ONE debt. I am reporting this to as many entities as I can because the attachment ( sent XX/XX/XXXX ) CLEARLY STATES IT WOULD NOT GO ON MY CREDIT REPORT DUE TO THE AGE AND YOU DID IT ANYWAY!! YOU ARE LIARS!!! If you lie about this you will lie about anything including this debit ( I am not even given the right date as to when it was opened and defaulted )! I want the calls to me and my family TO STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
